    Where is my order confirmation?

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@vuwing.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    Do you offer discount codes?

    Yes, from time to time we'll have promotional discounts available through vuwing.com only.

    How do I cancel my order?

    There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@vuwing.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

    When will my order arrive?

    Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

    How much does shipping cost?

    By default, we offer free first class postage throughout the United States. However, shipping costs depend on the quantity you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered along with the provider you have selected. You can view all shipping options provided through Shopify in your cart during check out.

    CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

    Returns

    HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

    Please contact our customer service team via info@vuwing.com. Providing the return is within the 30day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return notification by email. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RETURN AN ITEM?

    This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

    IS BLACK THE ONLY COLOR YOU OFFER?

    Yes. We believe our device should enhance your experiance and not interfer with your viewing enjoyment. The color and texture selected helps your brain visually ignore it is in use.

    IS IT NEW? I RECEIVED MINE, BUT IT HAS MARKS ON IT.

    Yes. If you purchased your device from vuwing.com, Amazon via seller "VuWing Corp" or from one of our authorized resellers, then absolutely YES! 

    Markings are normal and quite common for your product to have due to its soft rubberized plastic composites. The reason these marks may exist are from the manufacturing, handling, labeling, packaging and shipping the device goes through on its way to you.

    * Quality recycled products may be used as warranty replacements if available, otherwise returned product is recycled through a remanufacturing process.

    HOW IS VUWING DIFFERENT?

    Before developing VuWing, we researched various products that could accommodate specific requirements and did not find anything that addressed them. From a frequent traveler perspective, here were our goals:

    • Pack Flat - Product should consume the least amount of carry on space possible.

    • Strong Hold - Product should 'grip' a phone in wide-screen format so it does not slip out or fall during use.

    • Flexible - Product should fit many device sizes as users upgrade or change phone manufactures. Accommodating both Samsung and Apple mobile phone products primarily.

    • Easy - Product should be a one piece design without the reliance on magnets, stickers, clamps or other joint accessories/ composites.

    • Durable - Product should last.

    • Light Weight - Product should virtually go unnoticed, making it easy to throw in a carry on or even your back pocket.

    • USABILITY - Product should adapt to multiple use cases, from countertops to trains, planes, busses... one product, one design, goes everywhere you go and travels how you travel.

    DO YOU MAKE ONE FOR A TABLET?

    No. Statistically speaking, mobile phones hold a strong 92% market share over tablets at 8% and this has not changed in the last few years. Although we did entertain the idea of an XL version to accommodate the Nintendo Switch, the XL was later abandoned with the release of the Nintendo Switch Lite.
